The amount of hour long videos ive watched to find out how to prespective match. and youve just done it in 9 minutes. you god.

dude, I just want to thank you for always being straightforward. Your no-nonsense explanations are the main reason why your stuff is great
@constantinosschinas45036 жыл бұрын
lol. the author of this tutorial does know what he is talking about. no explanations, just showing off. and actually what he does is wrong. read the manual, learn the tool and you will get what i mean.

Thank you so much! What others have said; you have made this so easy. I couldn't get my camera to match up, after following another tutorial. They failed to mention to press the target camera icon. Sheesh!
@IFlyAnytime8 жыл бұрын
You can't reference the railroad tracks to the right while ignoring the rail ties that are at a perfect 90 degree angle to the tracks. If you had used the ties to determine your foreground horizontal grid line initially, you would have got the correct perspective. Incorrect perspective in a perspective matching tutorial, but very nicely produced tutorial overall. I couldn't help myself :-).
@rbsn3d6 жыл бұрын
IFlyAnytime i was wondering the same cause his perspective is not right. It‘s obviously as he introduce the floor. The edge on the right is not matching at all. Anyway i will give this technique a try.

You're the best Mario, thanks so much for this tutorial, saved a project I was working on for my reel! Definite sub from me! Its funny how there are hour long tutorials on the same thing for other renderers like vray, maxwell, and octane yet this technique took 9 minutes to learn for the ones right out of the box... You have my respect!

@constantinosschinas45036 жыл бұрын
precise tutorial? almost everything he said is wrong and obscure. even the matching itself is guess work. really bad tutorial. when you learn the tool you will understand it. no teaching method actually because he does not explain anything (of the wrong things he does), making you less intelligent, step by step. although the tutorial feels snappy and to the point, it is actually dangerous, correct appealing garbage.

Hello my friend! I found your channel extremelly useful and thought to ask you a question. I haven't found a Cinema 4D tutorial that teaches me to put a balcony on a facade in a realistic way. The idea is simple, I have an 2d image of a buildning and a 3d model of a balcony, I have been using SolidWorks Visualize but watching your tutorials makes me want to learn C4D. If I support you with the files would you be able/be interested in making a tutorial about it? Thanks so much for all your work. With appreciation, Paul Deucher

Not sure about that plane position. How can you be sure that was a rectangular plane defining it on the line-less ground? Guessing? Algorythms from outer space? Placing it on the train tracks would be match better. The pin does not tell the camera position, but the world origin. although this tutorial covers all the necessary steps, i feel that it does it without understanding the very basics of how this tools works, and that what a tutorial should be. Cinema 4D has a comprehensive set of tools to refine camera position etc. It has Color Coded checks of whether the calibration is satisfactory. The workflow and possibilties are so different from what is described here, which, i am afraid, is totally a video made by a guy who really does not know what he is talking about.

+G&M Media-Design All right, I solved it. Can't tell why but for this scene it works better if you use a grid on the left wall instead. Don't place anything on the floor.
