EJ, I always enjoy your character tutorials. Thanks for the valuable information as always. I absolutely love Adobe, Cinema 4d, and Realflow. I find myself spending countless hours in all this software every day learning new possibilities. I spend a lot of time learning, but not making hardly any money with it.

You press that then it asks what kind of build i chose IK then it goes to arm leg head etc and then you move to the adjust tag. yea just small details but import for people that are completely unfamiliar. If you rig the character using the Character Object, yes! But it can't add to prerigged characters unless you have the Mixamo Control rig in C4D R21

hi,l have a question. l noticed the arms and legs are all separated parts from the body, and they need to be put in the deformers. my question is if my character is modeled as one part,the arms,legs,hands and feet are combined with the body, can bendy limbs rig still work and how to rig?
@eyedesyn
@eyedesyn 5 жыл бұрын
This is only for characters that have separated limbs, if you want to rig a single mesh character, there's no other option than typical rigging workflows

This is great! I did have one question you may be able to help out with: after rigging with Bendy Limbs and adding a walk cycle, the arms remain stiff and stretched out downwards. They swing, but they do not bend at all. I've tried trouble shooting the rigging and some of the arm controls, but I cannot seem to find a solution. Do you have any ideas on what I may be doing incorrectly? Thanks

Hi...first of all thanks for your awesome work with bendy limb rig, but I've got a problem with that.I rig my character and everything is OK and i can move it with controller but the problem is the walk cycle doesn't work.i did everything as same as your tutorial but still nothing happens. when i checked the object tab at the c-motion,i realized that nothing adds into it and i don't know why! i was wondering if you could help me or check it if anyone else has this problem. thanks a lot

Is there a way to move the entire character rig after it’s bounded to rig? I’m trying to move it in my scene and it’s stationary and stuck to the ground.
