This is really just a nitpick but the concept of "official luck" always sort of falters because if you're "lucky" enough to guarantee results is that even luck anymore? Well, in reality luck is just an abstract concept that describes when random variables seemingly line up for you more or less than other people. OR, there is an unknown variable that is affecting your chances and therefore making you appear to be lucky. But as a superstition/consept, luck does basically describe a supernatural force that can favor people. So by some interpretations, luck can work as a force of magic. Therefore you can be "super lucky" and have the best possible outcome 100% of the time
