@tregrenos8615
@tregrenos8615 Жыл бұрын
Your assessment of him in the bathroom in the beginning requires a lot of hindsight, him possibly being delirious from waking up. So, the game was likely to start anyway. As for the first trap he could have just stuck his gun in the gears until he had a chance to look for something to cut the girls hair, though if nothing sharp was available the broken bathroom mirror you brought up is an option.

The whole point of all of his summary is how things could’ve been done better, and that includes using the benefit of hindsight. The only times they are forgiven in this summary is when it’s impossible to know (until the trap is triggered) even in the sharpest state of mind.

Great video Saw IV is often underrated but I liked it. I heard originally Riggs wife Tracy was supposed to been captured and put on the ice block trap but because Donnie Wahlberg decided to return they opted for Matthews to be in the trap instead. But she told her hubby he couldn't save everyone and he ignored her and got his squad buddy Matthews killed not knowing that opening that door under hour 1/2 would be the death of him. Rigg and Hoffman go way back too so that had to be one of the worst onscreen betrayals ever . I'm pretty sure if he wasn't suffering from that gunshot wound he would have given Hoffman the business like that abusive father at the elementary school.

Yes it was a betrayal not just Rigg but the entire police force go back and look at how Rigg reacted when Hoffman got out the chair. I'm telling you he had just enough strength to shoot Art Blank he would have crawled after Hoffman but he just couldn't. Also Eric Matthews never found out that Hoffman was the one who imprisoned him for 6 months and set him up in another game which resulted in Matthews & Rigg basically killing each other.

@PlusOneGamer
@PlusOneGamer 8 ай бұрын
@@EugeneBargas-xi2rp That makes no sense. He and his accomplices put them into the traps and situations that cause their deaths. He has the intention of murder if they fail to do what he wants. Just because not everyone dies doesn't mean he's not responsible for the murder. The fault is on him and the people he works with. The only reason people make this argument is because the people he targets tend to be portrayed as horrible selfish people, and this reaction you're giving me is an emotional response to justify you also wanting to see these people murdered. I think the movies are fun, I love them. But John is a murderer.

honestly the mausoleum trap, trevor had the perfect opportunity to flip the script. He had an axe. Gently move it toward your eyes and cut the thread. Yes, his eyes might be damaged, but they might not be, it is jigsaw after all... obv art demonstrated like two seconds later that he could have ripped his stitches just fine (or used the ax as well) esp art that was like so dumb and unnecessary you could've saved him
@Shannon-vv6rr

Wasn't Trevors fault. He had no way of knowing Art wasn't some torturer who was killing him. He had no clue what was going on. And art only tears all his stitches open at the end to scream like dude you couldn't have done it earlier? 😅
@Shannon-vv6rr
@Shannon-vv6rr 2 ай бұрын
Like definitely Trevor thought he was just being murdered he didn't even know he was in a game because Art wouldn't undo his stitches. I think most people would be swinging before sitting down to carefully unsuture their eyes. Trevor woke up to immediate blindness and danger. Nature would make us fight first until we're not in danger and then undo the stitches. I don't even think it was his game to undo them. I think it was Arts. He had no clue what was going on. Being able to see is way worse than being able to understand what's going on and having mouth stitches. Art should have just bit the bullet, screamed that he's been kidnapped too and his lips were sown shut just like the man's eyes were and shout out the mechanism to stop it and stay the hell away from Trevor until then. He shoulda shouted for Trevor to step forward 5 steps or whatever to be freed and swing at the mechanism. When Trevor knows the mechanisms there, he will swing at it when he realises it's attached to him.

@DinoCrazy15 I don't know about you, and while I've certainly never been hit by one, I would imagine that a giant block of ice hitting me in the head would still do a lot of damage. And as someone else pointed out, even if he had successfully hit one of the blocks with the bullet, it probably wouldn't have completely shattered

Saw 4 is better then 3 IMO. Rigg, Kerry, and Matthews are the best characters in the series not counting Kramer.

Nah Rigg litterally got everyone killed around him after being told repeatedly to stop over and over again. After 2 incidents of watching cops ignore Jigsaws rules or advice actively getting them killed and basically watching the entire night that he was putting people in more danger by trying to "help" them he's gotta be one of the most idiotic protagonists in the series. His direct opposite from Saw 3 is right there with him in uselessness but rigg takes the cake because if someone hands you a golden get out of jail free card for a death game that says he don't play and you and everyone around you lives and you proceed to play anyways you have everything bad that happens coming to you

Honestly idk how you can watch this movie and think Rigg is even a remotely good character, let alone one of the best. Amanda clear all three of your choices on her own, and she kinda gets a rewrite so both version are better than Rigg 😂

Can we all agree that jigsaws message to rigg was really unclear and undiliberate, If I was rigg I would've been confused to wat jigsaw would've wanted me to do, or it would've been nice if jigsaw deliberately said "all u have to do is let the time run out in order to save eric Maythews.

Did anybody forget about saw 3 if you guys don't know the ending I'll tell you: The jigsaw Mastermind was about to be dead but Jeff has two choices in his hands forgive jigsaw and his wife gets saved and the ambulance comes in 4 minutes or he could kill jigsaw and his wife's dead and he stuck and guess what he chose. HE DID NOT FORGIVE HIM
