@@thonsithika3212 people are generally stupid and in this scenario, given a long enough timeline somebody would come across the egg and fuck with & the Kaiju would retaliate in search of its young. But because not everyone that would come across would bother it, then humans would be safe, "for now". In a vast multiverse of hypothetical possibilities, it's a statistical inevitability.

@@randallbesch2424 I mean, we don't know how long its species has been living in that lake, but I would guess they've been there for a good long while, going off the size of the parent compared to the egg, and there would likely have been a second adult at some point for the egg to potentially hatch. Taking these into account, it could be theorized that the ecosystem is already balanced for them.

Did the brother become one of the creatures? After he got attacked, it seemed he started undergoing a change, like when he was able to form some kind of link with the creature to know where it was and feel the same pain it felt. Could it be possible that, similar to a werewolf bite or scratch, the bite or scratch of these kaiju creatures are able to turn those they bite or scratch into one of them?

Idk why but I sometimes feel bad for these monsters. The motives it has are understandable. If you kill the smaller monster (the juvenile) it’s going to be SUPER PISSED OFF. Just give it back honestly. And now we know to stay away from the lake. As long as we don’t toy around with it’s babies , we should be good lmao I just have too much sympathy for it

come on man. blaming them for running to the village, and blaming the village for not fighting back is asinine. you saw what happened when the rampaging elephants went into a village, or the city. you think everyone's first thought is "yeah, we should all grab a broom and try to stab it" "we can win if we stick together". and of course it's human nature to run toward safety. he ran to the village because that's where he knows it's safe. no human is gonna choose to run into the unknown wild over running towards civilization.

@@christopherhu7189 yeah. I'm extremely logical. Been accused of being too robotic or "sociopath", but it's obvious you have to take the human emotions into account when judging a situation. Just look at mass shootings. People react the same. It takes a special type of person to act in the way needed to end the threat. To keep a cool head. I wouldn't expect the mass majority to do it. And people that believe they would act the perfect way under pressure probably haven't actually been in any situation that requires it.

The ending confused me so much. So did kang turn into a monster? Or is he dead? Why are they suddenly making offerings to it? Did it ever get its egg back? Why did it even come back there? I mean they've never seen the monster for all the time they've lived there, the only reaosn it came was to look for its egg. Is it coming back now just for the offerings? How did the little girl find the cave with the info about its history? Why did she lead the detective there? Was she offering him as a offering? Why was the monster inside a cave if its a sea creature?

Can we take a moment to appreciate how other countries can excel with CGI, story and character design where North America with an unreasonable amount of money and tech has been taken over by the 2000s straight to DVD quality. This movie looks really damn good to the point I am pausing this so I can find and watch the movie first.
