Just how is your pacing so consistent shooting in 24fps 🤯🤯 that leaves zero room for error as you can’t slow that in post. Sure warp stabilizer can help a lot but your ninja walk is perfect speed and matches every shot. Very nice

Happy to see the post using the 12mm. Verticals are barreled as I though they would be. I will stick with my 16mm and 17mm with the full frame sensor. I use the 12mm with the 1.3 crop 4K 1DXMKII.

Technically great vid. A house is a place for people to live in, to interact in their own private space with others. You portrayed the house very realistically but showing no signs people actually live in this house and like it. The video shows the house very distant and lacking all warmth. This wouldn’t be the way I want my house to be portrayed if it was up for sale.

Cameras have only so much dynamic range. 13 stops is pretty much the max you can get. That's with a Red or another high end cinema camera. That will be raw footage which allows you to get the most out of the range. The Sony 7R IV claims 15 . The GH5 has about 10 stops. The only way to evenly expose the windows and interiors is to either light the interior or use the existing interior lights. It also helps to shoot on an overcast day or earlier or later in the day.

24fps???? How did u manage to get such smooth movements at that frame rate? Theres no room for error in terms of jitters. Im always filming real estate at 60fps and slowing down 40%. The advantage of keeping your shutter and ISO super low at 24fps is a game changer. Would love to know how u pulled it off

Yes fully in 24fps. Used a gimbal and walked slowly - and would have an idea in my head which areas I would speed ramp into. If there were any shakes in my video I would use Wrap Stabilizer in post to clean up the shot. Hope this helps!
