I live in Kingman, have a place in Payson, and work in California. I recognized every inch of highway you guys were on, I ride them all the time. Some of the best riding terrain in the country, one of the reasons I live where I do! Come back in April for Route 66 Bike Week, hosted by the Saddle Sore Ranch near Cool Springs.

I had the great experience of riding out to San Diego to visit our Marine when he was stationed there. I picked up my daughter in Memphis and dropped her off at Denver airport. Oatman was part of our journey. Great memories.

I think it's just awesome that Two lane life and laid law can get together and ride and make a great video. I follow both of you and the rides are absolutely incredible, I live here in North Carolina and ride our mountains all the time so when you all came this way and rode in the southeast I've been on many of those rides so it was excellent to see you enjoy yourself.

The roadkill cafe is a great stop. I ate lunch there earlier this year. Riding towards Oatman from the East on the side of the road there was a toilet. Just a toilet sitting there with a sign that said rest stop. Funniest thing I had seen in ages.

After living in the area for over 35 years, my wife and I finally went to Oatman the other day on our Harley we got about a month or so ago. Fun ride making memories. I can't wait for the Bullhead River Run and the Tri-state River Run at the Mohave Valley Raceway the same weekend on Apr. 26-29, my wife won't let me flat track race though, so that kind of sucks, she says I can do the slow race and the keg/barrel ones though 🤣

@@2LaneLife we're going to do a little 66 ride, start at Needles, Calif. and go through Topock, Oatman, Kingman, Hackberry and those other small towns along the way to Seligman, prolly go to Williams since we're already that far, most likely after the Bullhead River Run and the Tri-State River Run that runs that same weekend. I can't wait!!! After not riding for about 21 years, I'm freakn stoked!

That'd be awesome, especially 2-up! The beauty of exploring Route 66 is you can take it at your own pace, as slow or fast as you'd like. When we did the entire route in 2020, we did it in about 6 days but passed by a lot of towns we're now returning to to explore. You could easily take a month and not see everything, but can still see tons in a week's span (one way). Missouri had some of our favorite sections of 66! Thanks for the support🙌

Thanks for watching! We didn't upload a map for this one, but we'll get back to doing that soon. Pretty much, we just took 89A out of Jerome, then north on 89 to I40, and made our way to Route 66, which took us all of the way to Oatman, AZ before hopping on major highways to get home to LA.

Thanks for watching, Bruce! Josh runs the aerial footage. There's one bike missing in all of the aerial shots if ya look closely. We've never had a support vehicle, but that has sounded pretty nice at times! Haha We used to have routes embedded in all of our blogs for each video (linked in this video's description), but haven't in a while. We're aiming to get back to that though! We're looking for a simple device that can track our routes so we don't have to manually re-map them upon our return. Basically for this ride, we too 89A out of Jerome, took 89 north to I40, then hopped onto Route 66 before Seligman, AZ and rode 66 all of the way to Oatman 👍

We've tried pretty much everything and always end up back on Dunlop American Elites. Even wear, great handling, and trusty rain performance. Never had an issue with them, but we've put some competing tires to the test and have came across some issues. You know it! Yup, we installed Custom Dynamic lighting all around a couple months ago. Pretty wild to see the difference at night.
