Ingredients:
1. Scallions
2. Sharp Cheddar
3. Oil
4. Garlic
5. Garlic Powder
6. Onion Powder
7. Ortega Seasoning
8. Green Peppers
9. Tortilla
10. Spinach
11. Salsa
12. Sour Cream
Steps
1. Chop up the scallions
2. Add garlic to ground chicken
3. Add garlic, onion powder and Ortega seasoning to the chicken
4. Coat a pan in oil and cook on medium-high heat
5. Add in green peppers
6. Prepare tortilla with spinach and cheese
7. Add in chicken and coat with salsa and sour cream
