This is the best course to cinematography I've seen on youtube! Thanks for this series! Where is part 2?

Thank you so much! So sorry for this super delayed reply! In case you didn't find it, here's a link to Part 2: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nmesZJ57mcyqhKM. I also have a Part 3 and Part 4 that I can share too.

I would love to see you cover Andrei Tarkovsky if you haven’t already

Ooooh...you've just identified my great white whale. I adore Tarkovsky but I find him beautifully slippery. He puts me into a meditative rather than analytical state, which makes it more difficult for me to pin down exactly what he's doing and describe it. But it's high time I confront this particular anxiety and take him on. I have another couple of vids in the queue (including one on Fassbender), but I'll start thinking about one on his work.

As someone passionate about studying filmmaking, this is one of the best videos on framing I’ve seen, the editing and professionalism of your content rivals channels like Cinema Cartography who have millions of followers, you are a great teacher Sarah Childress I want to start my own film channel, Cinemaster, where can I reach out to you?

You're so very kind! Thank you!! I don't have many subscribers or views, but I feel like the people who find me find me for a reason. We're a community of cinephiles who really care about film and its study. I'd be delighted to help you with your own channel! For what my advice is worth (i.e., not much!). Feel free to message me on Facebook or LinkedIn. :-)
