All of the crew is from karnataka. Songs, script were written in kannada first and then translated. The movie premise is based on a place in karnataka

RRR, KGF Ch. 2, Attack, and Beast all releasing in April makes for an insanely packed month. Chaos will ensue on imdb and social media with supporters and fans of these movies’ lead actors spamming fake 1-star votes and reviews all over the place (this happens without fail for all big star movies even without the release date clashing). That’s one of the negatives to India being one country lol. It makes it very hard to know if a movie is good or not because of these senseless and endless fandom wars online. On top of that, Indian critics are mostly terrible too and are corrupt and paid off to write negative nonsense reviews on big movies for clicks, while also hardly knowing a darn thing about actual filmmaking and acting. Many actors/actresses/filmmakers in India go largely under-appreciated as a result and their talents are often only recognized by sane and unbiased foreigners. Good to see more proper reviewers like you guys, even if your medium is youtube and not critic articles. Before i want to see a movie from any of India’s industries, i check reviews from the youtubers Jaby Koay, Jimmy Cage, Our Stupid Reactions, and Pardesi Reviews. They may not always agree with each other on opinions but they are great as an overall collective. Glad to know i can add you guys to that list too.

Great comment Jerry P! We have the same frustrations with many critics in America, most of whom do not understand genre films. I hate reading reviews that seem to take such glee in writing negative sentiments just for fun. Like you I often turn to podcasts and youtubers that I trust who give me a better view of films often overlooked or criticized by journalists.
