No MPEG card, very impressive and comparable results to the VCD card. I do have a VCD card, and I prefer the results with it overall (Lunar SS complete FMVs look gorgeous), but only minimal games used it and the difference isn't massive. This is a better solution IMO.

It looks like the ones that had trouble were the TNG clip and the Tokimeki clip. Those should definitely be able to play as I've tested the previously on discs. So my guess would be a bad burn.

Yes, agreed, it seems likely to be a burn issue. What software did you use to burn? I used imgburn. I may try again at some point.

@@TailsOfSaturn I use Imgburn as well, but CD-R media quality I've found is a bit more important. I generally only use JVC Taiyo Yudens or other Professional Grade CD-Rs.

Second attempt at burning yielded the same results, my laser must be wearing out a bit, but people seem to like the video quality and I think this is sufficiently conveying the merits of the codec given the positive response in the comments.

I would like to see hacks like castlevania ise updated video and codecs on saturn,i own 3 victor vcd cards yet i think the saturn can do good video without it
