I'm for Bluey and Mackenzie ship, or at least, they are not yet a deep romantic relationship connection since they're still too young. However, it's evident that there's a special affection between them, as shown in some episodes, such as how they play together and Mackenzie preferring Bluey's company over other girls his age. As for Jean Luc, the distance between Canada and Australia is a significant problem in itself, and to make matters worse, he only appeared in one episode and hasn't been seen since, never reappear again, so for me, it's not enough to ship him with Bluey.

Jean here is from Canada, and it's a bit crazy that he would leave all his family and friends for one friend that he met twice in his life in one episode! And He wouldn't make the decision to leave his home area just for that. He would prefer to stay closer to his family if his parents needed his help, and, after all, he could have met someone and started his own family in recent years. If that was the case, he would have met someone at the school he attends. Of course, everyone still argue that Jean is the father because he has the same fur color and floppy ears. SO WHAT!! MACKENZIE HAS A FOLDED EAR TOO, IT'S THE ONE LIKE THIS CHILD!! So there is nothing, nothing, to indicate that Jean is the biological father of this child, he is Canadian. After the episode, Camping, he returned to Canada and never appeared again. And there's nothing to argue about here. Here he has the status of a side character with his own plot, his own life etc. I would like to add that, as the website about this character says, if he decides, he will fly to Australia, but he does not know this place so that he can get to know all the cities. He only knows one place, which is the campsite. After all, he hasn't been there himself because he didn't look old enough to travel by plane. A lot of time will pass before this happens and after he turns 18, he would have to look for a job to earn money for tickets. He would fly to Australia with his own family. They see each other as friends, they don't see each other as a couple. This whole theory about Jean being the father of Blue's baby is one big misunderstanding. Ba! It's not even a theory. Of course, everyone is 100% sure, they won't look at the details, but they theorize and write. Of course, I do not rule out the possibility that the young one may have one floppy ear after Stripe, because we know, genes go. Maybe that dark blue spot on the eye is not from Jean, but from Bluey's father, because they have the same color scheme. Because if we look at the kid, he has only the left part of his ear flopped, Mack has his right ear generally flopped because the bends are visible, and Jean has completely flopped ears, they literally go down, we also don't see the color inside his ears. Everything indicates that Mackenzie is the biological father of this little one because everything is correct, the ear is correct, the color, the breed and so on. I’m sure bluey and John got together, they just didn’t make it to marriage or child. In the bluey verse you can have multiple exes. Jean-luc seems oddly better pick than Mackenzie because of the bond, the fact he learned English just so he could talk to her, and that we see him meet her years later, showing he clearly felt something strong that lasted at least 8 years. He doesn’t have attachment issues and can create a strong bonding relationship in the few days he is with someone he sees special, so he would be great for bluey to be with, along with being a great father.
