right i mean i love fact they didnt rush her into getting married she was still finding herself but this would be perfect time shes found herself and where she belongs and how to work with her powers. it is the perfect time for her to find someone not someone to be codependent on but someone to be with and share her life with that understands her like she understands herself honestly to me it teaches a great lesson. as anna learned in the first one not to run off get married to first guy she met and showed interest but her and kristoff then took time got to know each other and took him while to propose. but with elsa she had a lot to learn about herself before thinking about a romantic partner and think its revolution of disney princess stories. yes we all love the classics but this one is so real can show girls you can be indepedent and not depend on a man but also still be with someone but its important that you know yourself first and what you want before looking for that relationship

Yeah, the directors mentioned that she wasn’t ready or fit for a relationship right now. But it was much deeper than that, in her childhood before the accident, they where playing a game and Elsa reacts to romance in opposite, foreshadowing that a romantic partner isn’t really what she wants in her life. And plus, when she found herself, she is complete as ever, knowing everything about herself is what gave her meaning in life. She is a polar opposite of Anna and that’s the whole point. She is a strong independent woman with something better than a lover (boy/girl), she has herself, her friends and her family and her sisters love.

Frozen is about self acceptance, Frozen 2 is about self discovery, Frozen 3 should be about self endurance, can they maintain what they achieved while facing a new challenge? I would imagine that there would be a scene (possibly a deleted scene) in frozen 3, where we get a hint on Elsa’s love life. However, possibly it wouldn’t be what most fans expect. Elsa would say something like this: “I am going to be honest with you. Since the beginning, I always felt that deep down, romance isn’t really a part of me. That’s your thing. I don’t want to disappoint you but…” Anna: “No, it’s ok, I get it now. It’s just that all that I ever wanted in my whole life, is for you to be happy.” Elsa: “Anna, I am really, REALLY happy.” The sisters feel emotional joy and hug. It would be a different type of coming out.

Here are my predictions for the movie since i love the movies & have some of them anyway. Everyone is welcome to agree or disagree. 1. I doubt Elsa would ever get married in the new movie because she is an independent woman who doesn't need to be in a relationship to be happy. I'm tired of people pushing the weight of her being in a relationship, let her be independent and happy. 2. Anna & Kristoff *will* get married in the movie, it will just be a quick scene since the movie will have a longer running time due to it being long. 3. Anna will not have powers, if she was born with them, Disney would confirm it. 4. We never got any confirmation or anything about Kristoff's parents since they abandonded him when he was younger. And finally; As much as I love both movies, I don't think they'd ever make a fourth one. Animation is a lot of work, so, i don't think they'd ever do that.

Your take is much better than what most people have. Elsa deserves to be free from the expectations of a love interest boy or girl. Anna is not at all born with powers, she’s the human side plus we have the spirits now. Kristanna getting married but not the main vocal point. And kristoffs origin playing a small but important role is a good idea as long as it’s beneficial for the sisters story.

With 2 I agree mostly, I think we could go a few years into the future like the last movie, so there is a chance we could possibly see maybe 1-2. With the Elsa finding love, I think it could be a good thing because she doesn’t need to only focus on her partner. You can still be independent when you’re in a relationship, it might happen it might not, but I wouldn’t say fs yes or no because we aren’t making the movie, but either way it would build her character and show us a new wider of her.

I don't believe as well they'll show Anna's children, because she and her boyfriend really aren't too fast people xD But I would gladly see it. Just because it would ruin the core things which are great in Frozen in my opinion - the fact Anna doesn't need to have powers and still is very brave and strong character in her own way. And Elsa just portrays way of living is unique for everyone, that choosing something not popular, not obvious, is good. Being single is also a good way for a living and they showed really clear that's what she wants. So if she will get a lover anyway it's really boring solution for me... And offending for single people, who don't really get any representation anywhere. It sends bad message like "You're a single? Well, don't be! Everyone need it, you need it, whole world knows it better than you! Just obey the way everyone are going, because we know what will give you happiness". It doesn't sound good for me at all. Yeah that’s what people say these days. A strong independent woman can have a love interest too but they are really not seeing the full picture here. And on top of that they would say that a gay storyline would be the only thing forward, but there would have been strong hints or something from the beginning but instead the hints are leaning towards the opposite, it’s just the fact that she isn’t into romance at all. What she really wanted in life was true friends, her sister, self love, acceptance, discovery and purpose, her powers and she already has more than she could ever want. In frozen 3 it’s obvious she would want to protect that whatever it takes, she’s busy as the fifth spirit.

I personally really don't like the idea of Elsa getting married. The whole Frozen series has depicted Elsa as an independent, powerful, smart woman, and I think it's about time that Disney doesn't marry off a princess and Elsa can be the first (of hopefully many) strong female figures who don't need a man. I'm okay with her meeting someone, but I really don't think it's in Elsa's personality to get married. Frozen was really one of the first Disney-princess movies where the princesses didn't rely heavily on a man. (ex. true loves' kiss, saving from a tower etc.) I truly am happy that Anna found love, her whole life she has been looking for a "prince charming" and "true love" but I don't think that should be the same way for Elsa. Little girls these days need more exposure to the possibility that you can live a successful life and be a badass princess without a man. I believe Frozen was on track to be one of the first of it's kind and the plan for the 3rd movie is not looking good if you ask me. Being in love doesn't take away that sense of independence, this just hasn't really happened before in the Dinsey world, and I think it would be a good idea to hold off on love for once. Frozen has already showed the bond between the sisters and how powerful that can be, and I think to really drive that point home, Elsa shouldn't get married. What do you think?

That childhood scene says it too, yes people will say “kids do that too, things change”, but this is storytelling and meant to be a fore shadow for the sisters future. And in “polar nights”, it’s stated that Elsa wants to be a cool aunt to Anna and kristoffs future kids, which is a unique thing for Elsa’s future, who needs a family of her own when she still has Anna and kristoff and their kids.

I feel like her falling in love with somebody might make the movie cheesy, if disney plays their cards right it might work out I guess, I just always pictured Elsa as the type who focuses on herself and not romance, I'm not 100% against the idea. Gay or straight, it’s obvious that Elsa is neither of them. The hints we got that makes it more clearer is that romance just isn’t her thing. That’s Anna’s thing, and people had these expectations of Elsa gettting a lover boy or a girl. But she deserves to be free from those kind of expectations. And besides who she needs lover when she has her sister and better, stepping inside the source of her power, where she felt complete and free. Stronger than ending with a lover.

I understand she may not want it now that she just recently found herself...but when Anna starts her own family she won't have time for Elsa anymore considering they live in different countries. Elsa was basically put second to her sister , she sacrificed a lot of her childhood because of her sister. I definitely don't like Anna because elsa had to suffer so much. That much isolation for a child is just crazy. sure their parents visited her, but she was still stuck in her room until they died and they had jobs , talking to no one other than them. She is definitely the most loneliest person in the whole story and it would be great if she could find someone who could give her children and she could have her own loving family.

When Elsa's father told her about the Northuldra people, Elsa asked if they were magical like her but then she had sad reaction when her father said no. So Elsa hopes that one day she will meet people who have magical powers like herself. Of course, Elsa has met 4 magical creatures, namely spirits, but imagine if she met Jack who had the same powers as Elsa.

So, by 5:33 in, you've got at least 3 movies worth of plot there. If they tried to do the 'Elsa is being hunted, and falls in love!' and the 'Anna and Christof have kids and one of them has powers, so they take him to Auntie Elsa' _and_ 'Elsa's GRAMMA shows up! WITH POWERS!! AND AN EVIL SPIRIT!!'... and then you're adding _more_ onto that, with a full 3 minutes more full of 'AND THIS HAPPENS!' what you're describing... there's a technical term for it. It's called "A mess".

Although I liked it, I did not need a second Frozen movie and I certainly do not need a third. Especially given Disney's recent downward spiral. Is it true that Wish ended up being the latest in a long list of flops? When Elsa was singing "Show Yourself," she said "I've always been so different, normal rules do not apply," girl falling in love and getting married being a normal rule. When she and Anna were playing enchanted forest as girls, she made a face when Anna had the prince and princess making out. That could have been there to give the audience a chuckle, or it could have been a hint that Elsa was, by her very magical nature, disinterested in romance. She certainly looked happy and fulfilled at the end of Frozen 2, so the question for me is do all those people clambering for her to get married really want her to be happy, or do they just want her to conform to their idea of what she should be?

Her falling in love is what the fans want. And you my friend, explained it “perfectly”. That childhood scene was put there for a reason and for story telling reasons. It meant to forshadows the mythic fairy tail dynamic between the sisters. While Anna’s view involves romance, Elsa’s view doesn’t at all. And that hasn’t changed even before and after her isolation. And even Jen said two days ago, this isn’t about what the fans want, it’s about who Elsa is and what she needs. The reviews keep asking her will she find love or will she be gay, she doesn’t give a specific answer because that’s who she is, she doesn’t want to sound rude to anyone. But deep down, she knows the real answer. And besides, we want to see Elsa find her way and her personal self growth as the fifth spirit.

And also, directors stated that they don’t introduce a new main character as part of the gang, but new characters are guide and supportive but nothing more. While the spirits work as a sixth character since it’s part of Elsa specifically. This is why a love interest gay or straight wouldn’t work on Elsa’s part. It’s not even relevant in her story. Her story is about her magic, her place in the world, her role as the fifth spirit and her relationship with Anna.
