Aretha Franklin was a voice of one of a kind she made you feel good on one of your worst days her voice was just amazing when black people will down in the sixties and seventies she made us feel like we were on top of the world when our struggle was that the worstest of our days she will never be forgotten her voice was just incredible uplifting a height impossible to reach her amazing spirit and abilities that she had to reach black and white her voice will live on the queen of soul forever and forever will live on.

That was awesome. Aretha got happy and she has always had gospel vocals. I absolutely love good gospel singing like this that stirs up your soul and make you want to shout. Read up and study the many clips available, Marion Williams was a singing beast who could literally do anything vocally and all the others knew this, why do you think Aretha turned up for this ultimate Kennedy Centre tribute, Marin was the best gospel singer, her voice was massive, she didn't need a microphone, she could have sung Opera had she wanted to. Now go and listen to Marion sing 'Take me to the Water' live in church, or any of the other amazing clips, then you will understand.
