Hi. I love cinnamon and use it to sprinkle over my breakfast and in apple/pear stews. However i would personally not sprinkle or use sticks in the house to avoid attracting ants and cockroaches. In 2014 I used cinnamon and honey making a tea and it was very helpful I I drank that everyday for 2 weeks morning and night before I went to bed and this thing worked amazingly the tea itself was just amazing so I would recommend that to somebody who had some pain in the shoulder or arm or their body part cuz it really works and I also would put a pot of water on and I'd put cinnamon in the pot and some vanilla flavor and it would permeate through the house and it smelled so good so that's how I use the cinnamon and I also use it another drinks too that I mix up but it works!
