Usually I watch your videos just for the esthetic pleasure because to me they look too “professional bakery” mostly because of that huge mixing machine, but this one I think I might actually try to recreate! Looks delicious as always and simple enough to try.

I love when you imitate an imaginary pernsikety customer, ha! I made a king cake once, when still a vegetarian, and it was SO MUCH TROUBLE. The vegan version looks easier, even kneaded by hand (eggs are really gross!). Looks delish; thanks for posting🙂

I would like to see some of your gluten free recipes, I have an intolerance and it causes joint pain due to inflammation and constipation, so for me it is not an option, I love your recipes but generally I can't make them

Hi! Thank you! While I am not an avid gluten free baker~ I do provide notes on "most of" my recipes ~ especially my newer ones to include information about gluten free & Sugar free options! SO if there is a particular recipe you would like to make, don't hesitate to check out my "notes for success" section on all my recipes OR just ask if this works gluten free! *disclaimer~ breads (like this one) though are going to be a whole different ball game than simply subbing in GF flour so most of my recipe likes cakes & cookies work with a GF sub 1:1 ratio~ but for something like this I will say right away will need much more tweaking to work out!
