I have something about the 1969 C-Stock. Those trains are used for the District and Hammersmith & City lines too. Did anyone not know that? You do now! OH! And at 2:19, That C-Stock train is used for a Hammersmith & City service to Barking!

Why do the S stock trains sound similar to the Victoria line trains?

Both of those trains use a Bombardier MITRAC propulsion system. The difference is the Victoria Line uses conventional AC induction motors while the S stock trains use Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM). The PMSM motors are completely enclosed which is one reason that they run quieter.
