The Garand is very good. Crouching can reduce a lot of recoil. It also has extremely high damage. I am even worried that Dice is preparing to nerf it.

I don't think they'll need it,, it's in a unique spot amongst the DMR category and with it's having a small 1 shot range is great. Got to remember that the gun has no attachments other than the 3 less than optimal scopes.
