Welcome to Circles of Practice with Kathryn Lovewell!
“Please take care of me…” said the body to her custodian. This was the message one participant received during today’s Compassionate Body Meditation. When we slow down, take time to be present with our body, we can listen more deeply to the wisdom scintillating in every cell.
In today’s Circle of Practice Kathryn invites you to commune with your body. To wrap your body in loving kind attention and to bask in the warmth and wisdom self-compassion brings.
Celebrate your wellness and welcome all the challenges (as best you can) that your body may be experiencing. The vast expansive presence of love and compassion is so great, it can hold your pain and your suffering. All resistance can melt away in your loving, compassionate embrace.
Being embodied means we get to experience life through our senses. Enjoy John O’Donahue’s blessing “For the Senses” at the close of practice.

You will be able to join as many times as you wish and meet other amazing teachers from around the world 7 days a week at 5am, 7am and 4pm Pacific Time. There is no charge for this service, however if you can manage a donation to the CMSC this will be warmly welcomed to help continue the work of the centre.
Kathryn will be offering the Monday 7am PT / 3pm UK time practice for the next few months.
