Circuit City "You Bought it Matt" was part of the "Where Service is State of the Art" image branding in the 1990's. This spot high lighted the companies "30 day low price guarantee", if you found a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, you would be refunded the difference plus ten percent of the difference. This was copied from an in-store video loop.
