Circular Cardigan - Part 2 - on the LK150 Knitting Machine

In Part 2 of the video, I knitted an additional 2 pieces for the top and bottom of the backside. I used the same short-row technique shown in Part 1, but only for two sections (triangles) instead of a whole circle. Then, I hand-knitted 3 rows of 1 x 1 ribbing and bound off.
Ribbing can be knit using a knitting machine equipped with a ribber. Then, the ribbing can be attached to the garment.

The LK150 is considered a basic machine but you have demonstrated in your videos how to make lovely knitted items.

Here is the link to the part 1 video of this circular cardigan: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2LLnoeOadCUl8k Hand-knitting the ribbing does take a lot of time, but it gives a nicer finish without seams. I used up nearly all 4 balls of Cascade 220 yarn. It is better to have an extra ball, just in case.

I love all your tutorials. Thank you so much! May I ask, have you tried knitting Medium weight yarn on LK150? A lot of my yarns are Medium 4 weight yarn. I am considering buying this machine but I think it only knits light weight yarns.
