Thanks, that's a very enjoyable gear video. Love the first song that you released earlier. I personally find it hard to get one song at a time over a year, I always feel like it's a form of torture, but what doesn't kill me will only make me stronger! I hope you all feed your spirits with good things, and that by the time the album is FINALLY released, you'll have had inspiration for your next album, and that you decide to release it more conventionally, with one or two "singles" first, then the whole enchilada. Hey there @humblefaithful - thanks for this comment - it's torture for us, too!! This is Andrew Colyer from Circuline personally writing back to you here. If you look at Peter Gabriel's "SO" album from 1986, they spent 14 months promoting it. They released one single the month before the album was released, then every 2-3 months for over a year. Even Steven Wilson recently talked about how hard it is to get people's attention with a new album release, and he has 300,000 to 400,000 fans around the world! We spent six years making this record, so we need a 12-month promotional period, to get the word out and get people to hopefully Pre-Order the album. Unfortunately, the world is different now, so the Singles have to be released BEFORE the album comes out. Hence the 2024 CORE Virtual Tour - so we have something to talk about during the course of the year. Hopefully in the future, we can go back to releasing a couple of songs, then the album, like some major label artists still have the luxury of doing. We don't have major label money to promote this record, but we do have super cool people like YOU, who will hopefully tell all of their friends about us! Thank you so much for being here - we couldn't be doing this without awesome and nice people like you, helping us along the way! So glad you're here on this journey with us. :-)
