So what u need to do is urinate only when u feels to urinate strongly.. Don't give much pressure to urinate for the first 2,3 days... It might results in bleeding.. I feel sad that there are not given more alternatives for phimosis, because when is natural from birth is not a problem for intercourse; my partner has phimosis and is not an issue at all, there is an easy trick which is holding the base of member and pushing the skin forwards while inserting in vagina, and this way it doesn't cause any problem, and once inside he can move normally... I'd wish more guys were given the option to stay natural and not losing sensitivity over the years... I think this technique could have worked for op as well; for cleansing is also easy, using an ear-rubber bulb-syringe, so is not dirty in the tip.

Hi bro i got my circumcision done 3 days before. I had a very severe phimosis which i never seen my glance in my life as the foreskin is never retracted back. In terms of pain it’s very mild.
