@tecmath. Thank you for your interesting video. Have you noticed that a semi circle formula is: .5C = Π x r. 90º or quarter circle formula is: .25C = (Π/2) x r. And of course you can do a simular thing with and 8ᵗʰ or 16ᵗʰ of a circle ETC?

Why not just multiply the diameter of the circle by pi in order to figure out the circumference of the circle? Why add the extra step of multiplying the radius of the circle by 2; and, then multiplying the result by pi? And further, can the approximate diameter of a circle be found by multiplying the circumference of a circle by 0.318; or, to do it properly and scientifically in an academic atmosphere; would a person be required to use a formula to determine the radius of a circle from the circle's known circumference; an, then, multiply the distance of the radius by 2 in order to determine the diameter of the aforesaid circle? To find the circumference of circle, you could simply multiply pie by the radius. This will give you exactly the same answer as well as save time during examination.
