मेरे घर के सामने की सड़क मेंरे घर के भूमितल से नीचे है जो Brick soling में है, लेकिन अब इस सड़क को उपर उठाकर P.C.C. में किया जा रहा है जिससे मेरे घर की भूमितल नयी सड़क से नीचे हो जाने के कारण जल-जमाव की स्तिथि उत्पन्न हो जा रही है । क्या इसे रोका जा सकता है? या कोई विकल्प बतायें ।

You have not told anything about the links. If any link is broken in the chain of incriminating evidence, Circumstantial evidence can not be accepted. It is also said that every link should be consistent with the guilt of the accused. Apart from that, motive which is dealt with in section 8 of Indian Evidence Act is significant in the case based on Circumstantial evidence. Am I wrong?
