Thank you for your review! I just bought one of these today. I love my regular Cirkul bottle, but wanted one of these tumblers for the added benefit of keeping my water cold, having the handle, etc. I was thrilled with my Cirkul tumbler except for one thing. My only issue was the cap poking me in the nose, until I watched your review to find out about the handy little clip! Once I saw that, I was completely 100% happy with my purchase. I don’t have any problem getting water through the straw, and the flavor is working fine. Sooo excited I took the chance and bought one! Even more glad for your review after I did since that’s how I found out about the clip for the cap. Thanks so much!

I’ve used Cirkul products for years and I’ve loved them. With few exceptions, the product has always worked for me. If you buy it directly from Cirkul instead of from Amazon or another random store or site, you can take any “bum” sips back to the company directly. But as I said, I’ve rarely had that happen.

I went to Walmart and saw this cup. Then I found this video while standing in the checkout line. I'm so glad I did bcz I did not know it needed a cartridge. That part is nowhere on the cup.😅 Based on your review, I decided to purchase it. Now that I'm home with it, I watched your review again and tested the cup. So far so good. Thank you for trying it out for me first! I have a feeling this is my new favorite cup. ITS PINK YAY 💗

I couldn’t get the flavor thru the straw but after a quick chat I adjusted it & it works perfectly. I still receive great customer service either thru chat or telephone. Thank you Cirkul team. I love your products & great customer service.

I'm having the same problem with my straw sip tumbler. I'm getting just water thru the straw unless I tilt the tumbler up to drink. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I've heard from others that you have to turn up the flavor with the tumbler as compared to regular cirkul bottles. 😃 👍

Just got the new tumbler for xmas and for the life of me I can't get the flavor to come out. Water comes thru fine but no flavor. Brand new Sip put in too. I sucked the straw alot and still no flavor. Not sure what to do now...

No problems with mine. At first I got just water and it was difficult to suck through the straw. Someone suggested adjusting the straw and since then, problem solved. I guess some people are unwilling to trouble shoot user error 😅.

I finally bought my Cirkul cup at Walmart well had my son get it for me since he lives like 2min away from it. When he gave it to me there was no straw in it. He went back and most cups the straws was gone. Exchanged mine and I been loving it ever since. The adapters they sell for the Stanley cups on Amazon is good but the straw is a soft tube and it’s really hard to suck up the water. The Cirkul cup the straw is metal so it’s way batter

How do you get the water to not get warm in the cartridge reservoir if I don’t take a sip every couple minutes, it’s like the water that i first drink is warm and then I will get to the cold

You'd have to keep a cirkul flavor cartridge in at all times. I'm not sure if you're supposed to use the cirkul products with hot liquid, but anything is possible. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 🙂

Actually you can use warm or hot water but I don’t recommend using other liquids since they mess up the flavors you use, one your cartridge runs out then you can

You can lock the the cap into the tab on the adjuster so you don't have it in the way while drinking.

Ok if you follow the instructions there is a right snd left marking on the cup. The lid ha an arrow and you are suppose to line it uo with the hand you use to hold the mug. When you do the straw will be on the other side of the mug. Suppose to help with the flavor.

If you buy cirkul cartridge from cirkul website themselves the flavor will last longer but if you buy cartridge from Walmart it last one or two days but I bought cirkul tumbler and had trouble with the straw I was getting mostly flavor and no water

I cannot get anything through the straw. I sent customer service a message and they are of no help. I’ve been using Cirkul for years and I hate this tumbler. I thought it would be great because I drive a lot, and now I feel like it’s wasted money!

I like the look of the tumbler, been drinking Cirkul a while now, but I use the tap water filter, and this review showed me, the tumbler wont work with the filter sadly. But good review!

i really would love to know what the hell i'm doing wrong with the bottle and the flavors it came with i can not suck any water through it if any it's very little and the rest is the flavor and it feels like i'm getting flavored powder i hate this thing i've heard nothing but good things about it but now that i've bought one i'm very disapointed in it i can't get any water to come through the damn thing at all

It’s too bad that they didn’t make the lid of pressure fit kid so that you can put it wherever you wanted it. I have hand dexterity issues. The right or left position isn’t in a position for me to be able to use it properly for me to be able to use it I need the lid to be right above the handle.

I have this and the steel bottle. Its really gotten me away from Soda. I still have one with a meal but I havent been drinking them during the day. Water and I never got along very well due to ADHD and the need for flavor when I drink. I managed to get the cup on a sorta sale for 19 bucks. Its the most I spent on a cup ever so I pan to use it like a religion.

I bought one last night, I didn't know you needed a cartridge, I don't care for flavored water, I just wanted it to drink ice water, I couldn't get a anything out of it, so do they have a plain cartridge to drink water only, or do I get a cartridge wait till the flavors gone and keep using it to drink water?

That's weird! I've been buying cirkul cartridges for over a year now and have never had a cartridge not work. Sounds like you forgot to turn the dial up so your only getting water lol

Not worth had it about a week doesn't hold ice very well at all flavor barley comes out waste 25 bucks I have iron flask 40 oz keeps my ice for days not hours Iam just stick too that nice colors but I wouldn't recommend especially if you don't want your ice too melt within a hour or two
