I'll never forget I worked as an usher with Cirque du Soleil in Houston and after that show we moved on to Austin and I followed but I will never forget that while in Houston I was DJing at the time I got to meet Anton at an after-party at a club downtown we wound up playing my mix CD and we all danced and drank and had a blast and he was a very nice person! 👍

Man, I love Anton! He is such an inspiration for me. I have him on my wall so that when everything starts to fall apart I think of him and his story. The first time I seen him 3 or so yrs. ago in Varekai I haven't been able to forget him. I hope to one day I get the chance to perform with this beautiful soul...

I have so much respect for Anton. His story is incredible, like him! Acting in a circus at age five and being able to contort well enough for live performances! That's unbelievable. The Cirque acts have so much depth to them. They're so beautiful! I remember loving his act when I saw it. :]

Why is he not in Varekai anymore? This is a huge problem! He makes the best Icarus I have seen. There is a lot missing in the other ones.

I did get to meet him he was very nice I was an usher for Cirque du Soleil in Houston at the time we had eating quarters that we were allowed to go eat in which the artist went to eat into also went to a club with him downtown and partied and drink one night after the show he is a very nice person and a good dancer!

But this definitely isn't shown if you go to see Varekai under the big top. You should also buy Fire Within because it really is a cool documentary, behind the scenes of the making of Varekai!
