As a gymnast, what we forget is that our hands are like our feet and shoulders like our hips. We only practice standing and walking upright, but never practice “standing” and “walking” upside down. Flexibility does come with work, granted some of us are born with more flexibility in our joints and limbs. Absolutely incredible to watch this.
