Honestly, thank you so much for this. I took the exam once and failed, after taking a course with an institute. I realized about 20 minutes in how inadequate my prep was. I'll definitely be taking your 1$ course as well. This really helped me start going about it the right way! Hopefully, I'll have my certification in a few months. :)

Someone says CCNA, CCNP, CCIE in Routing-Switching might lose its popularity over the time in next few years, as the industry is shifting towards cloud, network virtualization (SDN/NFV). The Internet of Things (IoT) BIG today. This and Cloud infrastructure will make Security related courses very popular. Then what would i do? Go for ccna or having sdn?

great videos for the most part, the only arguments I have are that, DB9 are far from rare and many server farms use them every day and also BNC are still widely used for the security camera industry. A bit more research on your part and I think these videos would be perfect

Does this course prepare you for the entire CCNA (ICND1 & ICND2) exam or its just a portion?
@howtonetworkcom5 жыл бұрын
It's a foundation course but already covers about 30% of the exam syllabus.

@@howtonetworkcom Thank you so much Mr. Browning for all you've done! I have a serious perspective question concerning your material. First of all I have purchased a number of titles from you: 101 Labs (CCNA) CCNA in 60 Days (Book and Video course from Udemy), CCNA Simplified, and have a membership on your website. My question is this..."Is it fair to say that if one commits himself/herself to your material as outlined, that will be completely prepared for the CCNA exam without needing to consult multiple other sources (Alpha Prep/Boson practice tests, other Udemy videos such as Neil Anderson, Chris Bryant, etc, or simply any other resource)? I ask because it seems Reddit always pushes people toward the thought that no one covers everything in one source. Just wanted to get your real viewpoint concerning your own material for someone trying to get the CCNA before 2020 deadline. Thanks again for all you do!
