Hi just wanted to know that how do A know the mac address of z device as A will broadcast the Arp request and does not have any ip orientation with it. How will the leaf switch identify where to send as the destination mac will be FF

Because your VM might move basically anywhere in the DC through vmotion, or even in other datacenters entirely. You need to carry the same l2 domain everywhere that VM might move
