How do you access the mobility express interface?

@Cisco Sal A day ago I received cisco 3802-i and 4800 series cisco APs, and I installed ME image and all good and I can go on the Web-Console and I see wlan is in enabled state but I tried on both APs for some reason I cannot see SSID is being broadcast on the ME AP itself. I don't know what is happening.

Do you see it broadcasted on the other AP?

​@@CiscoSal Hi Sal, thanks for your reply. I will try to add capwap AP to join ME and see whether or not SSID will be broadcast. I was under the impression that ME AP itself broadcasts SSIDs and serviceable to users, isn't it?

It should broadcast the ssid. Both APs should.

@@CiscoSal No luck with both APs. I reset both APs, brought them back to Capwap mode, and then I try to upgrade image for ME on both APs, but I get this error: "Image upgrade not needed, changing AP Type to Mobility Express"

Can you cli in and put an initial config on the master me one?

if you have 4 of these and all are running ME image, DO i have to do this on every one or just on the main controller.

Just the main one. They will find the the master though L2 broadcast

Hey Sal, Thank you for your awesome tutorials man - helps a lot!!! Any idea where one can get an old version of the ME firmware/software - my login only allow me to download the latest 8.10.***.. I have an AP2802 that is in trouble - partition 1 cannot boot due to this "ubi -28" error you refer to here. It boots fine on partition 2 and I am able to get it into the normal ME web GUI - now I just need to downgrade to an old FW before I can bring it to 8.10.***. Once again thanks for your vids mate - keep up the good work!!

Hey sorry. Not much I can do. If you purchased the device from a legit channel partner then you will have 90 days off tac support and upgrades. If not there is no way for me to get you the software. You could also try to put smartnet on the device that would get you access to the download as well.
