As someone who has, it works perfectly. A lot of people were arguing for either Keanu or Hayden Christensen and either one would do the job right. For Shadow, they need someone who can carry 'dark and broody' and make it sound natural. Watch John Wick and you'll see 4 movies of Keanu doing just that.
