Hi I would like to get this but I’m not sure what the difference is between pigment ink or dye ink or pigment and dye ink?? Which one for regular printing please onto paper. It’s for my office.

My WF-2835 won't recognise the cartridges, even after resetting them. They are installed correctly, the printer just won't accept non-genuine stuff any more. What can I do please?
