Actually, The chapter 4 ARG explains about how Harley Sawyer became this way, with implications about a theatre incident and Harley had been involved in causing the incident, and with Harley being quite unpleasant to everyone at the factory, it isn't too far-fetched that the employees would dispose of Harley and his God Complex into a bigger body

The ARG explained how he ended up like this. There was a tragic incident in the theater which Harley Sawyer was the one responsible for many casualties, and the higher-up were pissed even Leith Pierre said he would strangle whoever caused the incident. But I guess they turned Harley into a robotic system instead of straight-up killing him because his knowledge would be beneficial for the company

Upon further thoughts ive realised he cant be the prototype as the bigger bodies initiative had already been started. So hes just another threat in chalter 4 maybe.

I have a slight feeling The Doctor is the Prototype. If you look closely at one of his(?) legs before the eye shows up, you can see a hand that looks like the Prototype’s move out of view. Could be wrong though

@ItsmeTom i thought so too, until i realised that he cant be the prototype as the prototype already exists. Bare in mind he started the bigger bodies initiative and called his employees "backstabbing traitors".

@@TheKrineyesyes I actually might have another theory; maybe the reason why he’s a monster like the others is because, when he was trying to start the “Bigger Bodies Initiative”, he himself was transformed by accident and was thrown out for how he looked, thus making him the first version, or the prototype, of what they were actually trying to create. Angered by this, he used the initiative to take revenge on his employees for what they did to him. As you can see, it worked and all the monsters looked at him like a deity, a god.
