I think the symmetry argument is kind of flawed here. If P1 fails to obtain a 1 on his first roll, winning probabilities seem to be in decreasing order for P2, P3, ... and so on. Such games are biased in the favour of guy attempting first. So the assumption that given P1 fails, everyone else is equally likely to win is wrong. If the probability that P1 wins is p, see that we must have (p+(5/6)p + (5/6)^2p + ... (5/6)^5p) = 1

The die doesn't necessarily move in the order 1->2->3->4->5->6. For example, suppose on the first turn, player 1 gets a 4. The die will directly go to player 4 in this case.
