Brinjal gravy is tempting to see and its colour was attractive and your clear explanation and your way of speaking correct to the point was useful. Masala added seems to add a distinct flavour to this delicious dish and Brinjal gravy is healthy and also tasty.

If you keep egg plant outside instead it doesn't change color and even when the skin shrinks after a week it remains white inside. It's my personal experience.
