Energy plants cost a lot to maintain, renewable may be more expensive. Second, related party leases. Is that not an issue? Obviously, if I own the company leasing my space, I will give it preferable rates and terms. Finally for solar power producers to be viable the size of the property matters. Do you have land available for solar farms? They are competing against farmers, builder/developers and forests.

Invested in all REITS already. But i didnt get the full allocation for CREIT. I believe in the CITICORE vision, sustainable energy and it's already an earning business. As i said i didnt get the full allocation. Sayang. Hoping to get more on listing date. Im praying people wont even try to consider their affiliate business because CITICORE business is completely different from their mother company which i still believe. We're from Cebu. Their project here is also huge. And i mean HUGE. Two words - Mandani Bay.
