I used to live in David. It is amazing for shopping but the weather is horrid. You should also consider Volcan, El valle de anton, or Cerro Azul if you like mountain towns.

Então, a última vez que teve uma erupção no Vulcão Barú foi a 500 anos… Eles falam que é um vulcão “potencialmente ativo” mas teria que perguntar a um especialista qual é a real possibilidade de acontecer de novo. Enquanto isso a gente aproveita as cidades próximas e o café maravilhoso da região. ☺️

Muito bom e, pelo investimento institucional, deve ser um local com boas oportunidades de empregos e negócios. Essa dependência com David com o tempo deve se resolver. Agora, pelo jeito, morar bem aí em cima só tendo carro; e deve ter também um fluxo de coletivos para pessoas que residem em David e trabalham em Boquete, não?

Oportunidades para empreender tem, para ser funcionário não. O salário pago aqui é em torno de $2.40 a hora. É muito pouco, tanto que muitos nativos estão indo para outras regiões. Automaticamente quando existe valorização da região o custo de vida se torna mais caro. E sim, precisa ter carro. Até em uma parte do vídeo onde falo das ruas estreitas, apareceu o tipo de coletivo que tem aqui. São micro vans e nem sempre em boa qualidade. Também não são todos os horários que elas passam, então ter carro vai facilitar muito a vida.
