Cities Skylines La Cruz Part 1 UTILITIES!

This is part of the new content coming to the channel I was talking about. Let me know what you guys think! Also the name of the city is indeed La Cruz but you might notice it says Las in this episode. My wife being the Spanish teacher corrected me that it should be La not Las. It has since been fixed.
