Depends on where you're from. Our freeways look more like a k-rail (your side wall barrier) median and the lights are on the outside of the highway, not down the center. That's more of an avenue/boulevard appearance. Still pretty nice looking for your specific flavor of highway. You could use the prop line tool with straight and then curve on for the median and it would be much easier to draw.

Lightningkid27 yee was watching videos of that, I don't have "One" (hahhaa plz kill me for that xd) unfortunately however I had already bought the game on steam when it was on steam, I'm in the process trying to get a gaming PC. *****​ you're best sticking to the PC version if you can actually run it considering the mods and you can actually change simulation speed :p I'm not being mean to the Xbox One but Nerd³ threw tonnes of meteors at his city and even his dual 1080 setup couldn't handle it lol.

It terraforms because it is building and not a prop but for props you can use PLT which is time saver. So isnt it better to have flat ground or gentle slope and build props here? You will get same result but much faster :)

+Overlord Yes, you can achieve the same look with the prop version of the median asset but in areas with any slope the wall floats in the air. I used the road median asset since it's a general solution that does not require the terrain to be regraded. I built this this way since it was what reliably worked for me consistently. If you recreate a similar look with existing props that conform to the terrain (like using props from the road barriers pack), the middle would need to be filled in to match the look using the plopable asphalt mod. This is done since the prop does not cover enough of the road. The external plopable asset decal needs to have flat terrain to work or else it does not cover the whole area. If a similar large median freeway barrier prop exists in the future that conforms to the terrain or if plopable asphalt is updated to work with sloped terrain, I'll update the description.

I'm really like frustrated at roads right now... I'm trying to recreate where I live. it's not a city and the highway is a 2 way 4 lane highway. of course I can not find any mods for that and the 2 lane 1 way highway from the Mas transit dlc makes it so you have a divided highway. it also doesn't help that a lot of traffic comes through as there really is only one main highway going by the small city where I live, and traffic isn't a big problem like what is kinda happening and that's with out having any development of the city it's self, just working on getting the proper turn offs etc. it's kinda hard to do and I wanted it to be very close to the place I live. if this makes any sense... trying to make a intersection that has a road crossing the highway and on and off ramps is just not working with 2 one way highway roads coming to it...

Ryley W Im not to late, only 1 week :). You can subscribe to the "NExT2 mod". (Network Extentions 2). It adds the same and more roads that Mass Transit adds. If you want to make a real city I have a few more reccommendations; Image overlay mod. If you dont have it already, get it. There are a couple of tutorials on how to use it, but really its simple. Get a picture from google maps and you can have it ingame. 2nd off is Realistic Population (&consumtion). Willl make less people live in low residential (less traffic). If you want you can also have the "Rush hour" mod, which also improves traffic. Then there areany other mods that help you build like "Move it" and many(about 10-40) other mods, depending on what you want

Rackie I have the move it tool but I need a 2 way 2 or 3 lane highway for it to work the way I want it. for the layout I looked at Google maps when I was making the map and I have the basic road layout and distance, I'll be ok if it's not 100%. I do only have one highway through the map because there is really only one main one and then some others going other places. thanks I will take a look at the traffic mod because there is just too much coming through

Most highways only have more than 2 lanes while going through a city or urban core but cords country and rural most highways only have 2 lanes so a 4 lane highway spanning the entire map is NOT realistic also street lights only exist on a highway near rest stops or off and on ramps not the entire length. I guess u never drove on a real highway across state

Clear out some trees in the path of the highway, otherwise you'll have trees in the middle of your highways
