That is not the replicate of the real-world place, I just use the name Ibaraki for the place, but it may have some similarities with the real Ibaraki.

I don't fully understand Japan. From what I've gleaned of their architecture, almost none of it is "luxury", but that's not saying its poor. It's like it's magnificent simplicity.
