You should make the forest into a nature reserve with gravel paths, small ponds, a few parking lots and bird lookouts (if you can find any).

Shirley Curry Thank you! I study psychology and I'm currently leading a program to help traumatized children to talk to their psychologists and medics. We use videogames to create a bonding between the professional and the child. Thanks to your videos I've reached much more conclusions and now I'm doing research on videogames for older people: adults and elder with traumas or troubles that are not easy to talk about. You inspired me to look beyond my main goal, I thank you for it. My grandma only plays tetris, but I'm sure you and her would make great friends, for she is lovely and caring like you. Keep the Skyrim! I watch it everyday! I never enjoyed the game like I do until I watched your videos. Your point of view on the game is amazing. MUCH love, Shirley, MUCH love. Keep rocking.

+Lusty Argonian Maid OMG You don't know how much this means to me!!! Thank you! I get so many comments from young people wishing they could connect with their elders in gaming, also with older people thinking they are too old to play video games!! I try to help and encourage both. I do feel that playing games helps the brain stay younger and healthier, because one uses their brain to plan strategies, solve puzzles, basically 'think'. It's not healthy to veg out in front of a TV, watching mind numbing junk. And the young need to be helped to realize they need to be very patient, repeat things several times without getting frustrated etc. This is something very close to my heart! I hope you let me hear more from you as you work with whatever you are doing. I'm very interested.
@Blunderbussy8 жыл бұрын
Shirley Curry Of course Shirley, I watch all of your videos, I'll start posting so we can chat more! Your words are as valuable to me, as my words are valuable to you. Being able to help children is awesome, but at some point watching your videos I understood that the healing process works for all in the same way. I still need to study more, I have years until I finish my carreer, and some days is tiring. But being able to help people with their problems is something that I look forward. Sometimes just talking is more than enough. In regards of gaming and elders, I completly agree with you, I've seen so many old people just sit and doing nothing. I mean, if it is their choice is fine, but at some point you gotta do something. I read and watched elders depressed because sometimes something bad happened. I lost my grandpa a couple of years ago, and my grandma was devastated. The way she handled it was by going outside, getting busy and keeping herself occupied to avoid depression. But some of our elders do not have the possibility of doing that, or do not want. Gaming is a great way to keep excercising the mind and avoiding problems. In psychology, it can also be a great tool to communicate with a patient and work out some issues. And if it helps, it has value for the professional and the patient. Now Shirley I'll go to study because I'm trying to avoid the 300 pages I gotta read haha. We'll keep in contact!

+Keralis some suggestions for the city: - shape your shoreline near the brooklyn underwater autobahn, i think it would be more aesthetic if there are straight lines on both sides - built a nice industrial area (maybe near the harbour), your peeps need jobs - built a huge park in the suburbs which is like a recreational area. add lakes, paths for hiking, riding bikes (maybe you can also put the zoo there), etc. - reserve some shore for a great casino and night club area. maybe with hotels, a pool area etc. - make an episode on fixing/adding train/tram/metro/bus lanes. i love trains

Eivind Andreas Grov Modern Assassin Life is a futile meaningless game where literally whatever you do, you're just chasing a neurochemical reward in your brain. It doesn't matter how materialistic or spiritual you are, it's all the same, just neurons firing gratification patterns in your head. By merely existing you are imposing suffering and death upon other sentient beings and yourself, it doesn't matter how vegan or ethical you are, your very existence creates carnage around you. And you will also ultimately suffer and die no matter who you are or what you do in this life. There won't be any lost loved ones or god(s) waiting for you on the other side of death either, all religion and promises of an afterlife is just the neurotic fantasy of petty doomed beings desperately trying justify their meaningless existence. The universe and all life in has no intrinsic meaning and the only guarantee you have as a sentient being is that your very brief existence will be replaced by the eternal void of no awareness after your bodily functions cease.
