Good to see some of the low density suburbia coming into Thando. Those jacaranda trees give it a very RSA vibe - like a mini Jakarandastad. :D

What’s the vision for Thando? Littletown was based on aesthetics and tourism and seemed like a beachfront paradise. Thando seems like a calm cool cloudy day and seems very white compared to the lush green of Littletown. So what’s the plan with Thando? What’s its main goal as a whole? What are you trying to capture with it?

He's using decals he downloaded from Steam that you can use to give your pavement a realistic look. That decal had cracks. Some have tire marks or skid marks. Others have patched concrete from road work.

Use the Move It mod to lower or raise them like you would props and buildings.

Wish I could run all those assets and mods. I tried but it ground my PC to a halt n wouldn't load the game, and I've a pretty good i7 PC with 32 gb ram under a Nvidia 1070 with 8gb.

Are you using the loading screen mod? Because it can drastically reduce your RAM usage. 32gb of RAM is a lot even for Cities Skylines. You shouldn't be having so many issues.
