Way to get genuine address proof of any state: 1. Rent 1 room in that state - approx 7000 2. Make Rent Agreement - approx 1000 3. Update address in aadhar card - approx 300 And you are good to go in less than 8.5k. Once sale is done, update address in aadhar card to your original address. Now, AFAIR, law says that if car is in other state for more than 6 months then road tax is applicable for that other state. So, for every 6 months, take a 1 day or 2 day road trip to the state you have registered your car and save all toll receipts/PUC.

In Kerala one of the famous leaders has approached the honourable high court against taking road tax on ex showroom price rather than base price we hope this will change the policy and if it is successful other states must follow the same But I think it’s the state who can determine the road tax slab and it’s is righty questionable We all know we have to pay tax But you all must know political parties getting donations from different areas of the country and around the globe for those money they don’t need to pay taxes Strange !!!!! What you said is right- it really hurts on the Road taxes in some states - what I paid for taxes in Karnataka I would have got a second hand car in Delhi 😢 - my pain point is :-- A) Why can’t it be one Uniform Taxes B) I do not have a problem to pay BUT THAN GIVE ROAD CONDITIONS LIKE THAT and TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT also like that >>> both this missing which is what hurts 🤔🤔😢😢

Bangalore traffic police is very strict they stop your bike or car if number plate doesn't belong to banglore when i first time visited banglore bike is Karnataka passing still they stopped to check all papers and they charged for silencer of bullet which little bend 😅 for better sound 😜we told them it is because of accedent still they fined 😂. U wont get any refund, but you have to pay full road tax of 15% in Karnataka.

you dont have to pay anything for the next 22 months (as you have paid for 2 years). post that you will need to pay for 2 more years. good thing about bh registration is that the road tax for a particular is same in state/ut
