It’s very evident these people don’t know much information about the case and are just going off what other media houses are saying. This discussion is terrible and embarrassing.

What are the saying that is not substantive to issue! You think you’re the only one who followed the case? We like to pick and choose who to prosecute and leave the technical people who are supposed to make sure the right is done are left off the hook and you think they are not making sense. What is your side of the issue?
@jojoowusu50574 ай бұрын
@@asagdemanaab4456 The whole reason the case is in court was because the technical people rejected the ambulance as it wasn’t fit for purpose, yet money was paid. Once the AG established his case in court both Ato Forson and Richard Japka went for submission of no case and both loss meaning the judge believed that the AG has established a prima facie case and therefore Ato and Richard has to now mount their defence. If the judge believed what the AG present wasn’t strong then both Ato and Richard would have won their submission of no case. None of the panelist brought this up and are giving a different narrative to what had happened before we got to we are now. Also ask yourself that, why would Richard Japka want to explore a plea bargain option if he believes he hasn’t done anything wrong and can mount a very strong defence. Why would Ato also co-sign the plea bargain being offered by Richard Japka if he truly believes he has also a strong defence? Keep in mind that these plea bargains came into play after the AG had been able to establish a prima facie case and after both Ato and Richard lost their submission of no case. All the noise that is being made now is because Sammy Gymfi made a false statement to the press stating that the Richard Japka stated in court that “The AG has been asking Richard to give FALSE testimony to the court” when rather court records shows that Richard’s statement was “The AG has on several occasions engaged me at odd hours to him make a case against A1”. No where in the court records did Richard use the word FALSE, yet Sammy Gymafi came out and said that and all of the media houses are running with it.
