I got one of these a year ago. The power meter never goes above 1/2. This is a common complaint with this model watch, the power meter never works. Citizen discontinued these because of the cost of warranty repairs. Its a good watch as long as hou dont mind that function not working. In the video it is near full, but if it ever runs out or down to 1/4 it will never go that far up again.

Hi, mine charges back up into the last quadrant from the red sector all okay. The needle only ever goes halfway in the last quadrant but that _is_ indicating full charge.

Some people complain about the power reserve indicator not going right to the top of the quadrant. Or not going to the last quadrant after charging. Well as long as the needle is in the 4th quadrant, the watch is fully charged. My watch has always charged correctly sending the needle into the 4th quadrant. I have no complaints the watch is an excellent timekeeper and charges up in 5 hrs on a solar charger and runs for about 7 months before needing a recharge. I keep my watch in a dimly lit room when I'm not wearing it.

I had this watch in my possession for a short time. overall the watch is excellent
