This is such a hauntingly beautiful song! It get's you deep down in the soul and stay's with you! That's why so many movies and shows use this song. It is definitely not country. His style is a blues, funk style, not country! His voice is captivating...Take me away!

i was talking to some one who is in the music business a few weeks ago, i asked him hows is the music business and he simply replied "good, well... whats left of it is." when he said "whats left of it" i think he was referring to people like citizen cope and similar artist, music is dying slowly but its people like him who keep music alive! people who put sole into their music!

This is a hauntingly beautiful song that touches you deep down in your soul. Something we can all relate too. He is definitely no a country artist as some have eluded to but rather a blues, funk artist with a R&B, reggae influence. Listen to more of his music and you will hear he is not country. Not that there is anything wrong with that! But get it right!

I've never related to a song as much as this one. bout two months ago i broke up with the love of my life. It hurts just as much today as it did two months ago. I don't really feel that love will come again any time soon. Her voice and image is like a broken record that keeps playing in my head. Its the worst form of torture. To all those in love, don't lose what you have or you will regret it every day after.
