I do agree with this "Report", police has to follow the legal procedure, such as if police is frisking they must do it, but in presence of Govt Gassitted Officer, because in the past it has been witnessed that police has falsely planted cases against innocent citizens by placing contraband substance. I may request honarable CM and Commissioner of police of TS to educate their staff more friendly policing. Jai Hind...

This statement amounts to professional misconduct & he is liable to be removed from bar council Under rule 175 (F) of THE PAKISTAN LEGAL PRACTITIONERS AND BAR COUNCILS RULES, 1976. These allegations on judges of top court also amounts to contempt of court. At the same time police also should behave themselves.. video graphy and photo graphy is of our benifits in the other angle let them take the video and if a citizen is feeling offended he also as every right to capture the police personnel video to get strong evidence against that police personnel to convict him for his I'll lawful behaviour with individual.
