Only if your citizenship is based on marriage to a US citizen - application after 3 years. If you have 5 years with a green card, you don't need a marriage certificate.

it's bad that my interviewer sent me back Yesterday even I passed the tests of English and U.S history and government and gave me a notice that I don't Understand English because my answer to question: what does it mean to OVERTHROW the government by force or violent ? did match what is in her mind !

I just had my interview and happened the same, I passed the test but she gave me a notice that I do not understand English, the agent talked fast and many times I could not hear her, I requested several times "could you talk to me loud please" but its seems like she was in a hurry and she do not have patience, like she was no happy with her job or with me, I do not speak 100% English (maybe 70% or so) but I think is enough for the test and interview.Anybody knows how long time take to receive the notice the 2nd interview?? Thanks is advance

wrong attitude , wrong body language ! sorry ... this's not a good interview example! This interview isn't just about answering questions, it's also about your presentation... basic human to human communication! This interviewee's attitude / persona is just not very pleasing ( atleast all the way until the end)... looks very arrogant & prideful ... or she looks overly worrying abt something. This could trigger so many things for the interviewing officer depending on how they feel that day. So it's best to teach your interviewees to present them selves in the right / respectful / pleasant manner ... as she/he would do with any other important interview.

in OKLAHOMA STATE, THE OFFICER ASKS UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS, For Eg. N-400 on Part 12, The Interviewer ( the officer )Question Part 14. were you ever involved in any way with any of the following: A. Genocide, B. Torture etc The Interviewee( the test taker ) answered " No " then the Interviewer keeps asking what is the meaning of Genocide? Just the interviewer should jump into the next question why the answer was given as "No" to the interviewer why need to be detailed? that's stupidness of the interviewer or officer!!!!!!
