Hi I have a 2013 Peugeot boxer van and I have tried three OBD readers none of which were linked I have power on pin 16 fuse in fuse box is ok is there any other fuses any help would be appreciated 👍 excellent videos by the way

Hello mate. I have a Peugeot Boxer3 2.2 with 140 hp from 2020 with 110,000 km and when I passed the second MOT, last Thursday it came back UNFAVORABLE. The defect is SERIOUS: “5.3.6 VEHICLES WITH COMPRESSION IGNITION ENGINE: OBD reading. Distance or time since MIL activation is greater than 1h or 1km with OBD reading MIL OFF” The ITV doesn't give me any explanations, the operator told me to take it to the Workshop to see the problem. It should be said that there is NO warning light on in the car dashboard, I do remember the symbol coming on on several occasions. yellow for engine failure because according to the official company they had to do the maintenance (oil change) but that failure warning light when changing the oil disappeared so at the time of the inspection everything was OK. The problem I have is that I have not been able to drive with my work tool since last Thursday since I am a self-employed transporter, and to think that I have had an MOT issued without justification by the ITV makes my blood burn, you can't imagine how much. That same day I called several Peugeot dealerships and they did not give me an appointment until 15 days later. This is unacceptable for my job, so in desperation due to the situation, I decided to buy the lauch CRP 123E PLUS scanner on Amazon to clear up any doubts and see if it really there is some fault. Well, after carrying out the diagnosis with the scanner, the result is FAVORABLE, my van has no fault whatsoever. Could it be because the switchboard needs an update? In December of last year, Peugeot sent me a letter indicating that in order to prevent engine stall anomalies, the engine control calculator had to be updated, but since the vehicle never had any faults, I didn't take it home because every time it enters a workshop it comes out worse.

Ecu on peugeot boxer 2007 says not matched. It was cloned by another person before me. So the ecu cost the customer £700 thereabouts. They sent it back and it was installed and yet van cranks but no start. Says cam crank not synchronised and ECU not matched. Any ideas how to match it

Sorry for the late reply daniel, I use the phoenix plus model which allows you to use it as a normal tablet for google etc, The quick save function is what saves the reference waveforms for the micsig although i find it to be limited compared to the pico with the captures etc !

Mine has the same problem at the moment. The ECU is on the verge of being replaced but this has stopped me in my tracks. Being a complete novice with auto electrics, how do wires just break like that (in all honesty I couldn’t see the break in the clip!)?

Hi Sean is yours the same age as the one in the video? If you need any guidance or help be my guest and fire away. The corroded wire on this van was very fine and I know what to look out for just by experience :). They usually break due to poor quality copper/water ingress.

@@mrautoservices7354 thank you very much! Ours is a 2007 (57 plate) and has suffered water ingress that should now be cured. We have the exact same symptoms though; it turns over but doesn’t fire up. Engine management light doesn’t come on but the immobiliser light stays on. Diagnostic gives a ‘no ECU communication’ fault code
